Living Islands: Pacific Islander Tobacco and Betel Nut Usage in Oregon and Washington

Living Islands has been provided a grant from the Oregon Health Authority to help us understand the usage of tobacco products and betel nut in our Pacific Islander communities in Oregon and Washington.
The survey results will be used to address tobacco and betel nut health related issues and to create programs to support the health and well-being of our Pacific Islander communities.

We welcome any Pacific Islanders that are 18 years and older living in the states of Oregon or Washington.
You do not need to use tobacco products or betel nut to participate in this survey.

If you have questions, please contact Cruzko at cward@livingislands.org.
